Hogyan tudhatom meg a Dell-em típusszámát?

Akár támogatásra van szüksége, akár kompatibilis alkatrészeket kell találnia számítógépéhez, a továbblépéshez meg kell találnia a Dell modellszámát. A Dell laptop modellszámát a számítógép alján található laptopazonosító címkén találja. Megtalálhatja a rendszerindító képernyőn is, megtekintheti a Windows rendszerinformációs segédprogramját, vagy felkeresheti a Dell támogatási webhelyét, ahol olyan eszközt talál, amely segíthet.

Tipp

A modellszám megtalálásának nem minden módja működik a Dell laptopok minden modelljénél. Ha az egyik módszer nem működik az Ön számára, próbálkozzon a többi módszerrel, amíg meg nem találja azt, amelyik működik a laptopjával.

Keresse meg a laptopazonosító címkét

A legtöbb Dell laptop alján azonosító címke található. A címkén több tanúsítvány logó is látható, a laptop gyártási helye, a laptop energiaszükséglete, valamint a laptop családneve – például Inspiron, Latitude, Precision, Studio, Vostro vagy XPS – a modellszámmal együtt. Keresse meg a laptopcsalád nevét; a modellszáma közvetlenül a laptop családnevétől jobbra található.

Tipp

• Ha nem látja az azonosító címkét a laptop alján, akkor előfordulhat, hogy egy védő, kozmetikai lemez takarja, amelyet le lehet pattintani.
  
• Lehet, hogy a modellszám nem angol nyelvű címkén szerepel.
  
• A címke általában fekete vagy sötét színű, fehér betűkkel. Ezzel szemben a Dell szervizcímke általában fehér, fekete betűkkel. A szervizcímke egyedi az adott laptopon.
  

A bekapcsolási képernyő megtekintése

A modellszámot a laptop bekapcsolásakor vagy újraindításakor is megtalálhatja. Sok Dell laptopon a kezdeti rendszerindítási képernyő, amely az operációs rendszer elindítása előtt jelenik meg, megjeleníti a család nevét és a modellszámot.

Dell modellszám Windowson keresztül

The Windows System Information utility displays detailed information about the laptop, including the laptop model number.

Step 1:Open System Information

Type System Information in the field beside your Windows Start menu. Select the utility when it appears in the search results to launch it.

Step 2:View System Information

Select System Summary in the navigation pane. The System Model field displays the laptop family name and Dell model number.

Tipp

Windows 8 does not make it quite so simple to find System Information, but it can be found. Right-click on the Start button and select Run . Type MSInfo32 in the Run dialog and press Enter .

Dell Support Website

To determine your model number on the Dell Support website, enter your Service Tag number or, if for some reason you don't have your Service Tag, run the Dell System Detect Utility.

Step 1:Locate Your Service Tag

Find the service tag label on the bottom of your laptop. The Service Tag combines letters and numbers, and the Express Service Code contains just numbers.

Step 2:Enter Your Service Tag

Open the Dell Support website and type the Service Tag shown on the label into the Enter a Service Tag or Express Service Code terület. Click the Submit gombot.

Dell System Detect Utility

To download and run the System Detect Utility, you'll need to follow these steps.

Check the download button and then tick the box labeled I have read and agree to the SupportAssist Terms and Conditions and press the Download gomb. When prompted to download the application, accept to continue the download.

Tipp

After you install the Dell System Detect utility, you can return to the Dell support website at any time and select Auto-Detect Your Product without reinstalling the utility.

After the program runs on your laptop, the Dell support Web page should update to display information about your laptop, including the laptop family name and Dell model number.
